This unique class is suitable for toddlers and their parents from 18 months to 3 years old. The class is designed to have the toddler lead and explore along with the parent participating in order to enhance the creative movement experience.
It will focus on developing motor skills, coordination, balance, strength and concentration. Social awareness is nurtured through learning of taking turns, sharing, following rules, listening and direction skills through the introduction of basic fundamental gymnastics skill development including: games, music and elements of dance with the use of props.

Mum & Baby Yoga is a class that stimulates all the senses for baby, and gives mum a good stretch, helps her to regain strength and of course is chance to spend some quality bonding time with your little one.
Each session incorporates handling, touching and movement, yoga improves the function of all of the body’s systems, including digestive, circulatory, nervous and balance systems. These actions all help to encourage crawling, which is a hugely important neurological developmental milestone in a baby's life.
This class is suitable for babies form 8 weeks until a baby is ready to crawl.
Pilates is suitable for just about everybody. It really doesn't matter whether you're 18 or 80, there are lots of different levels you can work at. This group class is aimed at increasing core strength, stability and toning, providing a comprehensive workout for the whole body. It will improve balance and co-ordination, help with injury prevention and aid relief from stress & back pain while improving mind-body awareness. Pilates exercises not only strengthen the weaker muscles and give the dominant muscles a break by demanding that you work symmetrically, they also make you more aware of your body.

Before commencing a postnatal class it is important to wait until after your 6-week postnatal check by your obstetrician. You will also need to provide a written clearance certificate from your obstetrician
