Gymnastics" is a foundation sport for all other sports. The spectrum of skills developed in gymnastics is so broad that it is a fantastic foundation for any type of sports or exercise – strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, speed and endurance.
In addition, the mental skills taught in gymnastics such as concentration, focus and determination can be used to succeed in academic life.
Gymnastics develops passion which gymnasts want to share by
training as young leaders, teachers, coaches. Mostly it helps create a well balanced, happy, fit and healthy individual.
Gymnastics will help focus on developing motor skills, coordination, balance, strength and concentration. Social awareness is nurtured through learning of taking turns, sharing, following rules, listening and direction skills through the introduction of basic fundamental gymnastics skill development including: games, music and elements of dance with the use of props.
