This invigorating class held in the pool improves cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance using the buoyancy and resistance of the water to give you a safe, effective, fun and "no sweat" workout. It also allows a break from "impact" on the body so you are getting a great workout without pounding your joints, ligaments and tendons.

Boxfit is a cardio workout lasting between 45-60 minutes. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning.

It will improve balance and co-ordination, help with injury prevention and aid relief from stress & back pain while improving mind-body awareness. Pilates exercises not only strengthen the weaker muscles and give the dominant muscles a break by demanding that you work symmetrically, they also make you more aware of your body.
Prenatal classes are designed to strengthen the body for all of it changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, and flexibility while incorporating exercises that enhance your pelvic floor muscles. These circuit based classes are designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels.

Postnatal Classes are designed specifically for mums, to help you regain your shape, strength and fitness, and with a big focus on posture, core strength and back muscles. Classes are perfect for new mums who wish to exercise and socialize with their babies.
Before commencing a postnatal class it is important to wait until after your 6-week postnatal check by your obstetrician. You will also need to provide a written clearance certificate from your obstetrician
Spinning/ Indoor Cycling
Group cycling is a popular exercise performed indoors on a stationary bike in a class format led to music by a certified instructor, who will lead you on a route of sprints, hills and flat roads. It's a great fun workout!!
